Urban Legend: San Juanico Bridge

The 2 kilometer San Juanico Bridge is the longest bridge in the Philippines, connecting the provinces of Samar and Leyte and was first opened to public in the year 1973. However, inside this infrastructure lies an urban legend that you might think is absurd. According to some stories, the first lady of that time—Imelda Marcos had ordered to kill children and mixed their bloods to the cements to make the bridge stronger. Moreover, reports of missing children in that time provides evidence to the legend. Nevertheless, it’s still up to you if you’ll believe it or not.
